Clique Social Media is a boutique social agency based in Brisbane, Australia. We cater to clients locally, interstate, and internationally in a variety of different industries. Clique started in 2014 when founder Ashlee Fleming saw an opportunity to share her skill set to help everyday businesses excel in a relatively untapped, at that time, space.
The most significant difference with Clique is that being a boutique agency, you will never be just another number on our books. We strive to become and integral part of your business, making strategies that work for YOU, not making you fit into an agency client mould.
Social Media, for us, isn’t a side cart service or add-on service it is the foundation of everything we do.
Because of this, we invest heavily in industry and platform training for our staff, enabling us to deliver the highest quality results possible for our clients.
MEET THE TEAM
Ashlee Fleming | Director | LinkedIn
Ashlee’s passion for social media started before the industry even had a name. As a 14-year-old, Ashlee would race home from school to monitor the AU/NZ expansive teen MSN chat rooms she created and administered for hundreds of users.
Her passion for online community management naturally progressed through her professional career; eventually, seeing an opportunity to help multiple brands find success online, she created Clique Social Media in 2014. Ashlee has a strong passion for creative “out of the box” paid ad strategy and has built hundreds of successful campaigns for clients over the years.
In her “spare” time, Ashlee also runs a thriving ecommerce business and loves travelling and spending time with her young family.

Bec has an extensive background in Business Development dating back to her years in recruitment which involved endless hours of cold-calling from a phone book. As she tried to find her newest ‘speciality field’, she came across marketing. She wanted to make the switch from Recruiter to candidate and eventually landed herself a job as a Marketing Coordinator for a large company.
For the last three years, Bec has dedicated her time to Clique by becoming a specialist in her new field, with a passion for content creation (especially food!) and paid advertising! As our Business Development Manager, Bec is responsible for ensuring each touchpoint with Clique is more fabulous than the last.

Hannah recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management & Bachelor of Arts. She found her passion for Social Media Marketing while taking a Digital Marketing course and hasn’t looked back. While interning and working part-time with Clique throughout her study, Hannah found her true calling – Ads and analytics. Her drive to see each and every client campaign succeed is what sets her apart in the ads space.
Working at Clique has been an excellent fit for her as she loves variety and new challenges. Being an extrovert, she enjoys the collaborative nature of working in a small team. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, travelling, kitesurfing, going to art galleries and taking her dogs on adventures.
